2. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online via our website or by contacting us directly at +92 321 1111948.

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Advance Payments.

• For certain products or high-value orders, full or partial advance payment may be required before order processing.

• All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver products all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability, generally between 2 to 7 working days.

• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the courier upon delivery.

• Advance payment orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product during delivery

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documents.

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Warranty

• Warranty terms vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

• Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

• Customers are responsible for delivering the product to our service center for warranty claims.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

• Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

• POS Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
